2.You own this original work and have the right to make it available to SNG Business Club for all the purposes described above;
3.is not defamatory; and
4.does not infringe any law; and
5.indemnify SNG Business Club against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by SNG Business Club as a result of your breach of the above warranty; and
6.waive any moral rights in your contribution for the purposes of its submission to and publication on speednetworkinggroup.com and the purposes specified above.
