Pricing and Charges

Joining Membership Fee – £75.00 per annum pro-rata
Renewal Membership Fee – £50.00 per annum
Member’s Meeting Fees – £50.00 per calendar month
Visitor’s Meeting Fees (where applicable) – £15.00 per meeting

Charitable Support

Following charges are in place:

Members will vote each year at the AGM whether or not to support a Charity / Charities for the following financial year.
The AGM will be followed by the payment of a donation, which will be determined by a vote.

The Chair should be contacted with any concerns in confidence so that any issues can be resolved. For complaints that are not satisfactorily resolved, members should write to the Secretary, who will arrange a meeting of the Executive Committee, and the Chair will inform the member of the outcome.

Visitors

Members of the Club are encouraged to invite prospective new members to meetings so that the Club might reach its maximum membership as advised by the Executive Committee, as long as the profession of the visitor is vacant.
Meeting fee payments must be made in full by each visitor.
Once they have visited the club three times, visitors can apply for membership. If approved, they are allowed to come back once more.
